    Hi Brink.

    I've just discovered a new registry location for the ExcludeWUDriversInQualityUpdate entry in 1903.

    In registry editor (regedit.exe), go to the following registry key (1903 users & above only):

    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\PolicyManager\current\device\Update

    change ExcludeWUDriversInQualityUpdate there to a value to 1 and reboot & check for updates again.
    Also change that same ExcludeWUDriversInQualityUpdate entry in "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\WindowsUpdate\UX\Settings" to 1; reboot and scan for new updates.
    Group policy (gpedit.msc) only changes that in "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\WindowsUpdate", which seems to be the "old" location

    Thank you @erpster4,

    I also found this key below on my system.

    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\PolicyManager\default\Update\ExcludeWUDriversInQualityUpdate

    I didn't see it at HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\PolicyManager\current\device\Update though.

    Hey @Brink, is there any solution for disabling driver updates in 1903?

    Hello oppa, and welcome to Ten Forums.

    Currently, it appears that disabling automatic updates to be able to hide the driver updates you don't want is one workaround.

    Looks like the new reg key works just fine. If you disable downloading of icons+apps as well, no drivers are downloaded - at least in my case.

    I have updated the tutorial to work again.

    Please let me know how it's working for you to confirm.

    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\WindowsUpdate

    This key seems to be useless from several fresh 1903 installations I did in the past few days.

    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\PolicyManager\default\Update\ExcludeWUDriversInQualityUpdate

    value DWORD

    0 = Enable
    1 = Disable

    This whole part is confusing and in my opinion shouldn't be in the tutorial

    Hello @Octopuss,

    It's included for backwards compatibility for older versions of Windows 10, and the rest is included to be thorough and cover all bases.

    Does the disable .reg file in Option Two as is currently work for you?

    I also have pro and disabled driver udpdates via gpedit. Not sure what this is "6/27/2019 12:00:00 AM - 2.4.100.51228". Seems to be: https://www.catalog.update.microsoft...6-ff5312f0320c

    Is this a forced update because of some security exploit? I read something about an issue with Intel Software Guard Extensions.

    And now it just rolled back my Intel GPU driver JUST GREAT. https://i.imgur.com/IY95fZn.png

    Hi All,
    I thought I had the driver situation straightened out on my computer's, NOT !! I'm typing this post on my windows 10 pro laptop running Windows 10 Pro, 64-bit, Version 1903, OS Build 18990.1 (Insider Fast Ring). I've already tried doing what this article states: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/win...indows-updates

    Now I'm notified in settings under windows update : "Some Settings Are Managed By Your Organization" , when I click on the "View Configured Update Policies" I see this "Policies Set On Your Device" Exclude drivers from Windows quality updates.Source: Administrator Type: Group Policy . I don't want to see a list of driver's available for download, right now I'm not even seeing what I'm SUPPOSED to be seeing..the NORMAL check for updates..at this point I don't know what to do.I still feel as though this a bug, and microsoft REALLY NEEDS TO FIX THIS !!
