    Hello Mark,

If you haven't already, you might see if you may be able to reinstall the "Feedback Hub" app via the Microsoft Store.

Get Feedback Hub - Microsoft Store

Thanks Shawn, saved me from system restore and/or creating a new user account as advised by MSFT support
(my app was the Feedback hub that I was trying to open with Syncing off)

i feel like this might be relevant, but what if the Reset-AppxPackage powershell command returns a "this command does not exist" error, how would we fix it?

    Hello mate,

I'm afraid there's not much we can do for now other than use option one instead.

If you do NOT want the ERROR to show then you could add -ErrorAction 'SilentlyContinue' for example.

but wouldn't that be somewhat redundant if the Reset-AppxPackage powershell command still doesn't exist in a setup?
