    Hello kbird,

No worries. Using the tutorial to reinstall and re-register all apps will not delete any app data. It only acts as a nondestructive repair install for them. :)
@Brink, my People app will not function. On original windows anniversary edition, it worked but would not populate. I did a reset on it and since then, it has not worked--will not stay open, just flashes on and off. I upgraded to creators version hoping that People would work again. No such luck, still same problem. Any advice? Store says its installed and that's all.

    Hello @magilla, :)

Double check the Store to see if there may be an update available for the People app.

If that doesn't help, then you might see if using Option Two below to re-register the People app may.

Hmm, ok. Let's go nuclear and do step 2 and 3 in Option One to re-register all apps instead.

In that case, you could try doing a repair install to fix it. While you will not lose anything, be sure to read the red warning box for affected items.

Thank you for all your time and help with this. Just one question: Is there a iso of the 1703 (Build 15063.250) available for download?

Brink, just want to thank you again for all your time. I did the in place install/repair and still no People app. I guess there will not be a People app on this computer. Thanks, again.
