"I now tried step 8, restart and i get again that i have a temp profile. Also I'm still not able to push the start button."

It's great news to know that no work was lost in this process and you now have backups ! Also, your English is good, if your primary is Dutch but what do you mean by "can not push start Windows button"? Do you mean the icon in lower L corner or something else ?

At this point, are we back at #191 where you have 2 long values and Paula is on R and corresponds to the .bak value ? And you deleted the long one THEN only removed .bak from the one with Paula on R ?
If you sign out of the Temp acct, does your correct Windows sign-in, like with your MS acct, appear in log-in ?

Worst case scenario, if you have already done this and it doesn't work, what kind of computer is this, laptop or desktop ? If laptop, do you have access to Recovery via a F or Esc key before Start up on a laptop ? On my HP, I can hit 'esc' before logo appears and I can Reset Windows w/o losing files from there.

I mean the icon in lower L corner from where you can start the programs. Also the right button does not work. To restart I have to pusk the on/off button for 10 seconds.
It's a laptop....and I can put it back on factory settings, but it would be a lot easier to fix it this way.
When Windows restart i see the name Paula and preparing windows which take a lot of time.

However I am again in regedit....the long one with .bak has the good name with C:\Users\Paula
The other one without .bak has the wrong name.
What should I and can I do....I tried to delete the one without .bak....and renamed the .bak....(delete .bak behind).
    Restarting give's the same error.

There is only one account on the laptop.

    @Waetherman,

With all the other issues you mentioned, it may be best to try and do a repair install to fix it.

Sorry suggestions did not work quickly and thanks for trying. Obviously, if your Start button and r-click don't work and it's 'preparing Windows' at start, there are other issues aside from profile not loading correctly. Let us know that repair install worked. Good Luck

Yea, I had this solution in reserve, thanks for a quick response so I can get to it faster - if You don't know, then I - after already trying for many days - surely won't know either. :)

But repair install is not much easier than just a format - in the latter case I'm a little worried about inserting a cd-key, because I upgraded from Win 8, but at least I'll have an option to divide my SSD drive to two and install Linux as my main, because this issue was just one of many, and it seems Windows has lost it's main advantage - the ease of use...

    Waetherman,

A repair install is more of an option to use to avoid having to reinstall all your apps, accounts, and settings. If you don't mind starting from scratch, a clean install does give the best results.

If you linked the product key on the PC to your Microsoft account, then Windows 10 should automatically activate on the PC once you sign in with the same Microsoft account.
