    I'm not sure why Microsoft changed this to use HKEY_USERS\S-1-5-20 instead of the previous HKLM location.

An example is Kodi. I install it from Windows Store. Make a mess, uninstall it and want to reinstall it. Where is it on my HDD so that I can reinstall it without downloading it again. Windows Store knows I have it (it says I own it.)
Something very odd is happening. I tried to install a number of Windows Store apps ---- none of them would download, so I thought I would try again later, it might be a temporary glitch. Then by pure chance I discovered a lot of files from these...
I open the windows store and a file immediately began to download. It's labeled as "drm". Anyone familiar with this?
