Yes I'm in an Administrator account. Ran it twice.

Odd. The bottom of your screenshot showing the registry path is cut off, so I can't verify if that's the correct location to see if that may be the issue.
It may look wrong, but the duplicate drives don't show up! I just inserted a bunch of removable drives and the duplicate problem isn't there. You fix worked, but it doesn't look like it did as you expected. lol
Hello wbhworld, and welcome to Ten Forums. :)
The tutorial still works for me. If you haven't already, see if restarting the computer after merging the .reg file may help.
wbhworld,
Please go ahead and export the two keys below from your registry and upload them. I'll be happy to take a look at them to see if you may have some other registry entry add that could be causing the tutorial to not work for you. :)
Code:HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\CLSID\{F5FB2C77-0E2F-4A16-A381-3E560C68BC83} HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Desktop\NameSpace\DelegateFolders
hope this works, not that technical
HKEY_CLASSES.reg
HKEY-LOCAL.reg

wbhworld,
I found the problem. The {F5FB2C77-0E2F-4A16-A381-3E560C68BC83} key didn't get deleted from your registry at the location below.
Try the download from step 2 again being sure to approve all prompts to merge it.
Code:HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Desktop\NameSpace\DelegateFolders
