My task bar is full I wish I could reduce the size of the icons. I have questions that I can not answer because I do not know the
    names of things.

So far it seams that the fastest way to get to my folders is to make a folder filled with shortcuts and place it on my desktop.

    Hello Donny,

This would be for items pinned on the jump list for the File Explorer (explorer.exe) taskbar icon.

Any folder or drive you pin to Quick Access will also show under Pinned on the jump list for File Explorer.
