In this Quick Launch folder, is there any way of restoring the "system" created default shortcuts? Such as the "Show Desktop" and "Switch Between Windows" shortcuts? It seems like the only easy way of doing this would be to copy the shortcuts from another user or another Windows computer. Are there any other ways of restoring such things?

Sometimes I wish Windows has an easy way to undo changes made by users. But that's wishful thinking I guess

    Hello mate,

Here's a copy of those shortcuts from my system for you. You can just copy and paste them into your Quick Launch folder.

    Thanks Brink.

I wasn't really looking for exact files, I'm just wondering if there is a method other than copy from another user profile. Seems like there isn't.

You could create your own Show Desktop shortcut below to add back to the Quick Launch folder, but yeah it's just easier to copy them from another source. Switch Between Windows is not so easy to create a shortcut for.

Curious that the one in that zip you uploaded shows 1 detection on virustotal... (and following the steps gets a different hash each time)

It would be a false positive. Not sure why they would get flagged since they're only shortcuts.
