Hello yildizabdullah, and welcome to Ten Forums. :)
Usually, everything a guest account does is cleared when they sign out.
Not since Vista I think.
This tutorial (unless I made a mistake) simply makes another account. I ran through it, made a document on the desktop of the "Visitor" account and signed out.
When I signed into my account then it was still there under C:\Users\Visitor\Desktop
When I signed in again as "Visitor" the document was still there.
This tutorial doesn't make a guest account I'm afraid. It just makes an account and links it to the guest group which seems to do nothing.
What everyone wants with a guest account is that (as in the past with XP and also with OSX etc) everything that the guest does is deleted. They can not save things the next guest can see and the next guest can not see what they did.
This tutorial doesn't do it.
As a workaround for now until something better comes along, you can delete or rename the "C:\Users\Visitor" profile folder while signed in to an administrator account and the "Visitor" account is signed out.
This will cause a temp profile to always be created for the "Visitor" account each time it is signed in to, and effectively wiping it each time after signing out of the account.
My PC shows there is a Guest account as below. Is this account just for file sharing since it doesn't appear on the login screen. What are the disadvantages of disabling the account?

After logging into the guest account, I want the guest user will be able to install applications but will be prompted for a password (which will be different to my Win 10 admin account) to install it - is it possible to have such feature?
@Brink - Re: History of Guest usage, Impact to 1903(19H1)
I was scanning the Web for possible changes in Guest usage for Win10 versions 1803, 1809, 1903. It seems like the Microsoft restrictions (problems) have been present at least since 1709 (Oct 2017) and have not changed. This thread itself dates back to Mar 2016, version 1511. If there are changes for the current (Public) 1903 release, let me know. BTW Thanks for over 3 years of monitoring the thread.
FYI: Your(Brink) profile info displayed with each post: 'Win 10 pro build 18922' (aka 20H1 Fast ring Preview) is slightly misleading - 18922 was not the build you were using when the thread started, but it's the build now shown with each of your comments. Your (or other user's) build/version only comes into play if the Win10 version makes a difference. Here it does not.
The historic (in-)correctness of the displayed user props is mostly TenForum trivia - but made me think.
[Argh! need to update my own profile to Win10 1803. The 1607 AU ref is very stale.]
TIA
