Do you know of any changes you may have made before this happened that could be responsible?

After resetting or clean install, be sure to create a restore point before making any changes. This will help make it easier to undo and ID what the possible cause could be.

Could be anything you installed as well.

I can only suggest a reset or clean install to start fresh.

Next, create restore points and/or system image backups before making any changes or installing anything.

It's a pain, but this will be a way of troubleshooting to find the culprit. Once you do, you could do a system restore using the latest restore point to undo it.

Please let us know how it went if you do so.
