    Hello Ethelwulf,

For what you're wanting, it would be best to create a system image using something like Macrium Reflect Free.

You can create an image as often as you like with Macrium based on your needs.

It would be best to create new threads for each separate issue instead to keep this tutorial on topic.

For those unable to create a Recovery Drive with the back up system files box checked:

    (1) Open an administrative command prompt, type REAGENTC /Info and press the ENTER key. On the screen, check to see if 'Recovery Image Location' is blank. If it is, try the following steps:
    (2) Obtain an INSTALL.WIM file from a Windows 10 ISO file. If the ISO file you have contains an INSTALL.ESD, convert it to INSTALL.WIM (I use NTLite, but there are other conversion utilities that should work as well).
    (3) Create a directory on the hard drive called C:\Win10-Recovery and copy the INSTALL.WIM to it.
    (4) Open an administrative command prompt and type the following line and press the ENTER key:
    REAGENTC /SetOSImage /Path C:\Win10-Recovery\INSTALL.WIM /Index 1
    (5) At the administrative command prompt, type REAGENTC /Info and press the ENTER key. The 'Recovery Image Location' should no longer be blank.
    (6) Try to create the Recovery Drive with the system files.

    Ethelwulf,

That is not applicable for what you are wanting. A recovery drive with back up system files checked will only include to be able to reinstall Windows. It will not include your accounts, apps, or files.
