Hello Sauvik, and welcome to Ten Forums.
I'm afraid that it sounds like you may need to clean install Windows 10 instead.

I can't do that my home screen is not appearing at all whenever I turn my laptop it shows 'Installing Windows' just like it shows during resetting of pc
In that case, please go ahead and create a new thread in the Installation and Setup forum area to see what we can do to help.
Hi, i have problem. I am trying to reset my windows 10 from a Usb drive using Option one but It's stuck on " Resetting this pc 1% " for 3 hours now. Any suggestion?
Hello romeomigisha, and welcome to Ten Forums. :)
Since you're resetting Windows 10, you might consider doing a clean install instead to see if you get better results.

Hi brink , thanks for a quick reply , Do I get the same result with clean Install? How long does resetting Usually takes?
Resetting usually doesn't take that long normally. If you have hard drive activity, it may be worth waiting a bit longer to see if the reset may continue until finished. If you had issues, it could cause it to take longer than usual.
A clean install gives you the same results basically. The difference is that a reset will give you a clean install only affecting the partition Windows is installed on. Doing a clean install at boot will wipe the hard drive completely, and clean install Windows.
This morning it still on 1%. I don't know what to do to be honest
In that case, you could boot from your Windows 10 installation USB and do a clean install instead.
