Turn On or Off Sync Settings for Microsoft Account in Windows 10

    Cheers for the answer mate. In the above example I gave where the new laptop's Theme would be messed up by the syncing after the initial setup, Was the method I gave the correct way to resolve that if it was to happen? Would it be that simple to sort out...meaning a reinstallation wouldnt be required on the new laptop? Is it just a matter of manually correcting anything that has synced incorrectly on the new system?

    Correct. You could turn off any of the sync settings you don't want synced, and manually change what you wanted afterwards.

    Does it actually work for anyone, because it does not seem to sync anything, not even a wallpaper.
