Affirmative, I was signed in as an Administrator since I used the first ever account that I created, my main account.

Would it be a Shared file if I can acces it from the Default Installed Administrator account? (The one that you turn on via the Cmd Prompt Screen?)

Where is the file you wanted to take ownership of located on the PC?

If for example, you wanted to take ownership of a file on your laptop while accessing the laptop from you desktop, you wouldn't be able to since the file is not on your desktop.

It is inside my C: Disk, Programfiles X86, Its a file from the Application 'Steam', Im Trying to remove a 'Mod' File from the Game Kerbal space Program, but frankly Just this file or other files wont let me delete them, saying that the account that I'm on has to give permission to delete it -_-.... And moving the files out of the folder just tells me that 'something went wrong and I have to try again' The only thing I want is to delete a small little folder but apparently Windows thinks its too hard to do...

You should not have Steam installed on C due to permission problems and other reasons.

Run CMD as admin and enter:
    Code:
    takeown /f "%ProgramFiles(x86)%\Steam" /a /r /d y
    icacls "%ProgramFiles(x86)%\Steam" /inheritance:r /grant:r Administrators:(OI)(CI)F /t /c

Thank you for the command, I Turned on my cmd Prompt and Inserted this, It started running trough all of my Steam files and setting their ownership to the administrators, but it seems my main account still doesnt want to allow me to delete, though this time it jusy says the administrator account needs to give permission, could this actually mean the administrator account thats off by default? (Thanks in advance-

It applies to all administrator accounts. As I said, steam+some games are too sensitive about permissions.
If nothing else, try to at least move Steam to C only, ProgramFiles's folder is specially system protected.

As in, Move the entire file out of Programfile X86 and Have the file be on the C: File itself? Will try though it will most likely not let me move it.
