The text that will appear in Windows Context Menu is in english (Take Ownership) or italian (Accesso completo) ? If english, can I change it from the registry system?

I am new and just registered because I found in Google the thread take ownership. It is mentioned I could get it in another language because English does not work. I have had take ownership but it vanished with upgrade to WIN 10.
I would like to get advised for German Installation of take ownership.
