Error: Invalid syntax. The value 's' is not allowed for the '/d'.
Type "TAKEOWN /?" for details on usage.
Press any key to continue. . .

ERRO: Sintaxe inválida. O valor 's' não é permitido para a opção '/d'.
Digite "TAKEOWN /?" para obter detalhes sobre o uso.
Pressione qualquer tecla para continuar. . .

    MrBison,

Just to verify that "Yes" is "Sim" in Portuguese. That's what the 's' is for with the '/d' switch to automatically say yes for the command.

The REG probably failed for MrBison because "administrators" is "administradores" in portuguese.

Let me add another vote to SleepyDude's suggestion to change "administrators" on icacls command to "*S-1-5-32-544", so you eliminate this problem once and for all.

On my version of Windows 10 Pro (Brazilian Portuguese) the takeown command accepts "/d y", not "/d s". Yes, very confusing.
