Just to verify, which context menu did you want "Pin to Start" removed from?

The method in this tutorial will not remove it from the Start menu or any modern UI (ex: Settings).

If you did, then which specific file types is "Pin to Start" still there for?

I just tested on my system to see if anything may have changed, but it's still removing "Pin to Start" from the context menu of apps on the desktop like below.

It may be a language translation issue. Go ahead and export the HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\exefile\shellex\ContextMenuHandlers key, and upload it here to see if anything may stand out.

Does the "Pin to Start" context menu still appear in other locations like in File Explorer?

Well, the PintoStartScreen key is not there for the default "Pin to Start" for .exe files.

Do you remember if you used any other method to add or customize the "Pin to Start" context menu?
