Turn On or Off Full Screen Start Menu in Windows 10

    If you're wanting Start to be full screen, then you can turn it on for that.

This is on a W10home32bit install, the start menu is stuck on full screen. Settings/personalization/start/ "use start full screen" is OFF. Can't mouse the edge/top and make it smaller. Also cannot change the view of all apps, they are all over...
