How to Enable or Disable Resizable Start Menu in Windows 10

Information
Windows 10 build 9926 uses a new expandable Start menu without a Start screen and Apps screen by default now.
The old resizable Start menu with the option to select to use the Start menu or Start screen is still available, but would need to be enabled if wanted.
This tutorial will show you how to enable or disable using the resizable Start menu instead of the newer expandable Start menu for your user account in Windows 10.
Note
When you enable the resizable Start menu, you will also be able to select to use the Start menu or Start screen.
