Just to verify, your account is not listed at the bottom left corner on the sign-in screen like below?

I see a "Dad", "Ryan", and "test" account that should be listed, and a "reddw" account as degraded.

It looks like your "reddw" may be disabled. Check using the tutorial below to make sure it is enabled.

In that case, you could use the method below to delete the "reddw" account to remove it if you have another administrator account to use. Don't delete your "reddw" account if you don't.

Are the other "Dad", "Ryan", and "test" accounts listed in netplwiz?

If able, post a screenshot to show your sign-in screen.

From your screenshot, you should have the "Dad" and "Ryan" account available to sign-in to. I don't see any reason so far for why you only have the "Ryan" account available.

One last thing to look at is to see if the "Dad" account's SID key ("S-1-5-21...1104") is listed in the registry key below like the screenshot below.

    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\ProfileList
