Hello @Kol12,
Here are a few things to check to see if one may be a cause:
1) Make sure the Users must enter a user name and password to use this computer box is checked in netplwiz.
2) Do you have Windows Hello face recognition set up for your account that is being used to automatically sign in the account?
3) Verify that your account is still password protected.
@Kol12,
Correct, you would have to have a webcam that supports Windows Hello for facial recognition. I've had folks that forgot about setting it up, and wondered why it was automatically signing them in before.Just was something to check.
Well, I suppose also check to make sure you have turned off require sign in on wakeup.

I don't know if this is related but I have a few LockApp.exe stopped responding. This is a serious bug if Windows is logging into the admin account without any user password input... I recall I noticed this in Win 10 1803 also. It appears to happen on reboots and even some times cold boots and I haven't noticed it on wakes.

You might run the SFC command to see if it reports it as a corrupted file, and can repair it if so.
@Kol12,
If this is only happening after an update or restart, then it would be. I'd say turn it off to see if you still have the issue.
