    Code:
    Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00
    [HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control Panel\Colors]

    "TitleText"="190 158 111"
    "InactiveTitleText"="190 158 111"

    Open up Notepad
    You will need to find the RGB values for the color you want, and change them.
    Create a registry file by saving(to Desktop or Documents) as TextColor.reg
    Double click the reg file.
    Sign out, sign in.
    finished.
    I never thought that reg tweak would remain current theme specific!
    Does it carry over into a shared .themepack?

    Color Tweak

    If you would like to preserve colored window borders but have the Start Menu, Taskbar, Clock, etc. black, here's a simple Registry tweak to accomplish that.

    First you must turn on "Show color on Start, taskbar, action center, and title bar" in Settings►Personalization►Colors;
    then navigate to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Themes\Personalize in the Windows Registry, and, in the right pane, change the value of
    ColorPrevalence to 0.
    Restart Explorer. That's it.

    1511 broke most color settings. Not only that, but, changing the TextTile and InactiveTextTile color from regedit no longer work, all with and without AeroGlass...

    Why is there two registry keys for color and only one seems to work and this is after a Windows Professional reset and this PC has always had Windows 10 on it?

    Works: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control Panel\Colors
    Doesn't work: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control Panel\Desktop\Colors
