Most of the time I'll pick a prominent color from my desktop background and set the Hue (1) as close to that as possible,
then open the Menu constantly and set the Saturation and Brightness (2) to the desired tone,
then take a quick snippet of that (3) and place the snippet beside the window header (4) and adjust the Color Intensity (5) til everything is just about right.
The Task Bar, well..., it is what it is!

Since "Personalization" appears identical to Win7 {with the absence of 'classic' though} I take it that "IownAmoneyPit's" meticulously crafted classic themes for Win7 would install into 10 without a hitch. Asking, for I still don't have the parts together yet to try W10TP myself. {for those of us who want to cut out the B&W and just do our work}
Hello BlueGuy although the Personalization Control Panel appears identical to Win 7 at first glance Microsoft made drastic changes to the Windows Color and Appearance control panel that lets you change elements of a theme in Win 8 and 10 with it only now existing for "High Contrast" themes and with very few options.
In Windows 7 the Windows Color and Appearance control panel had many more options and was available for all 3 types of themes Aero, Classic & High Contrast and was used to create my "Classic" themes for 7 which were based on the Win XP Classic themes.
In conclusion as a test I have tried one of my saved "Classic" themes in Win 10 TP and can confirm they do not work because of the changes made to the Windows Color and Appearance control panel in Win 8 & 10

Hi All,
I'm running build 10061, I'm beginning to wonder if my copy of the latest build of the tech. preview is possessed, I can get the taskbar / start menu color's to change, but I can't seem to get the windows title / header color to change. It just want's to stay a light gray color for some reason.

Hello David,
I'm experiencing the same thing, and think it may be a bug when updating to build 10061. I'm going to be doing a clean install of build 10061 later today to see if the title bar color changes in it or not, and will post back. :)
Thanks for all of your suggestion's, it's just kind of frustrating at the moment how the developer's of windows 10 keep restricting user's of 'tweaking' item's in the system.
