    Hello @D4ni3l, :)

The command should be this below from step 5 in Option Three in the tutorial to delete all shadows on F. The delete shadowstorage command option is no longer available in Windows 10.

    vssadmin delete shadows /For=F: /all /quiet

As a test, see if toggling system protection on and off for the "F" drive may delete the storage space.

I did it first without success and cleared the restore points (140GB from an old system)
i am afraid I will have to accept it (it does not take any space now)

If this is a data drive, you could format the "F" drive to clear it. You would of course need to temporarily copy anything you didn't want to lose to another location first.

    Run PowerShell in admin mode
    Code:
    Disable-ComputerRestore -Drive "C:\"
    vssadmin List ShadowStorage /On=C:
    vssadmin Resize ShadowStorage /For=C: /On=C: /MaxSize=400MB
    vssadmin Resize ShadowStorage /For=C: /On=C: /MaxSize=10%
    Enable-ComputerRestore -Drive "C:\"
    Checkpoint-Computer -Description "Initial"
    vssadmin List ShadowStorage /On=C:
Copy & paste the code above in powershell windows

This is my quickest way to delete & recreate "System Restore Points" on C: drive :)

    thanks again for this tread

Thanks for the TUT on this Shawn. I've been having the problem of restore points being created in the Insider Builds even when System Restore is turned off, and even when it is disabled in Group Policy. It seems like a bug in the later builds to me.

These restore points will not delete using disk cleanup for some reason, however using the command prompt has just gained me loads of free space.
