Actually, I discovered a way that one can do this although I suppose technically it could be defined as somewhat of a workaround as well.

nircmd in Windows-folder , open " empy-bin-silent " with regedit , and you are done !
Have to take care, coz "gone is gone" , no more asking..........

I think that the delete confirmation dialog should be enabled by default. It is ridiculous to have it disable. I frequently use Right click->Rename on a file to copy the filename. Unfortunately, "Delete" is right before "Rename" on the right click menu. This makes it very easy to accidentally delete the file when the intent was to rename it. This is very poor GUI design.

Thankfully, it will only delete it to the Recycle Bin by default and not permanently delete by default.
I agree, it's way too easy to click "Delete" by mistake in the context menu. Luckily, you can quickly press Ctrl + Z OR right click and click on "Undo Delete" to get it back.
