Ok I found what your talking about however it seems I don't have any of them, I used option 6 to get into boot and the only drives I see are: Hard Drive, CD/DVD Drive and UEFI: HL-DT-ST DVDRAM GH24NSD0 not sure if that's helpful or not

It would be best to create a Windows 10 installation USB if it's an available option for you, and boot from it on your PC.

It doesn't sound like you did option 6 with those options available.

I did option 6 just as it said and it came up with the screenshot shown in the option 6 but only on part 4 not part 3.

From there, select Troubleshoot, Advanced options, and Command Prompt.

I've done that however it comes up with my user and asks me to enter my password for this count, but I had a pin password and all of my usual passwords don't work, I have reset the password and that one doesn't work either

In that case you'll need to get a USB flash drive to create a Windows 10 installation USB or recovery drive to boot from instead to be able to enable the built-in Administrator without requiring you to enter your password.

You can get a 8GB USB flash drive pretty cheap these days from any electronics retailer.
