Change Title Bar Text Color in Windows 10

It works fine on my desktop, but on my laptop, it appears that I needed to turn off Show color on Start, taskbar, action center, and title bar below before you see the color you set for the title bar text. You might try the same.

I don't see any reason for this yet, but please try this using the Aerolite theme below to see how it works for you with it.

It does works when using Aerolite theme! Problem is I don't like that theme at all, with the large borders and ugly controls in the title bar... I know I am a very complicated case, sorry
Would it perhaps be possible to modify the Aerolite theme in a way that it resembles the original Windows theme, but with the options of customization?? Something similar was possible for the RTM of Windows 10 to get colored title bars as you know for sure.

You do not want Aerolite right?

You want the basic Windows Theme with black title text, both active & inactive?
This means only active windows have colored title bars, inactive windows are nuclear white....

The only modifications I can do is coloring, of some areas but not all, this is called a "HybridAero Theme". I have created many and might be able to help. You can see my work in this thread: Solved Windows 10 Themes created by Ten Forums members - Windows 10 Forums Further into the thread is where I start creating the Hybrid Aero themes. Post there, the answers to my questions an a description of what you would like for color changes.

Does the text color show on the title bar of File Explorer?

Turn on Show color on Start, taskbar, action center, and title bar. It should show on File Explorer afterwards. :)
