According to your txt file, at the end of sfc running it reported:
"Verify and Repair Transaction completed. All files and registry keys listed in this transaction have been successfully repaired"
Then you should have rebooted than ran sfc /scannow again. On this 2nd run sfc should not find any errors to repair.
I restarted and ran it again but errors still come up.

That is strange, I have to admit. Last line says everything is fixed, but Opencl also reports the mismatch error. I am running the same version of NVidia that you are, and SFC reports No errors when I run it. ??? But that is your only error, so it should not affect anything running on your computer. I saw no other errors at all. Only Opencl.dll mismatch error ..... Strange how its fixed for me and not other people?? I have no idea why either. Guess we just have to wait for either MS or Nvidia to get this fixed. Only been for last 3 or 4 months.
I mentioned before that windows downloaded a old July geforce driver automatically right after booting up windows for the first time. This is why the error keeps coming up i'm guessing. You know that could be the difference, as I have set mine to not allow Windows, to update, any of my drivers. I prefer to update my device drivers manually from the manufacturer NOT from MS. If you want you can read this tutorial on how exactly to do this.

I too could not clear the nVidia error after upgrading the drivers. Apparently I did really have a problem & ended up using the DISM command to fix it. See my post on this Tutorial:

I installed Nvidia driver 364.47 today and ran sfc /scannow and got "Windows Resource Protection found integrity violations." The only corrupted file is the one pasted below. The corrupt file was repaired. Dism also comes back clean.
