    As Brink says, that log does not show SFC detecting any faults.
    I assume you made the log using Option 5 of the tutorial.

    If I was getting "Windows resource protection found corrupt files and successfully repaired them." reports, despite none being recorded in the log, then I'd run the Dism command described in the notes at the end of Option 3 of the tutorial, making sure I was connected to the internet for it.

    Whenever I ran "SFC /scannow" my result was that "Windows resource protection found corrupt files and successfully repaired them."
    Not sure if this is relevant, but I've seen this 'successful repair' before with nothing in the CBS logs after using Storage Sense.

    As Brink says, that log does not show SFC detecting any faults.
    I assume you made the log using Option 5 of the tutorial....
    That option filters the log for all occurrences of the string "[SR]" and will find all cases where SFC has found a corrupted file and tried to replace it with a good copy from the WinSxS component store.

    There is one other type of successful repair that SFC can perform that would not appear in that filtered list, one where the file is not corrupt, but its permissions and/or ownership are. As the file does not get replaced it doesn't appear in the log with an [SR] entry. Searching the log for the keyword 'twice' will find them.

    Your CBS.log contains the following such successful repairs:
