    If not, then did you move the folders from their original "C:\Users\<username>" locations?
    That did not work.

    These 2 folders are on my D: drive, don't think they were ever in '\Users\'

    As a test, you could try moving them back to C: using Option 2 below, and see if you may be able to unpin them afterwards.

    This is starting to get complicated, way above my pay grade.

    I think a better solution would be to just remove those folders from the This PC navigation, could you point me to that tutorial?

    Removing them from "This PC" won't remove them from Quick Access.

    Thanks!

    I know it won't remove them from Quick access, the whole reason for this is I want to reduce the length of the left navigation pane, having Documents and Pictures listed twice is kinda redundant.

    I choose All since Desktop and Downloads are in quick access, should have thought of this first, would have saved a lot of time, thanks again for your help!
