Sumit Dhiman, I tried your link and that's the one I used. It was the easiest for me. I also tried some tips as what the forums said in this section.

I was under the impression that a SSD is a bad idea for the pagefile because of all the writes involved.

Mine own method is a small min/max same size pagefile on a regular HD, mainly now for compatibility, since I am now sporting 16 gigs of RAM.

Before doing that pagefile, I removed it entirely, reboot then defrag the HD I am going to putting it on, then add it back.

SSDs don't suffer from such a limited lifespan any more - you can re-write the entire disk multiple times per day every day for years

As the tutorial says it will only improve performance if you move your page file to a disk that is at least as fast as the one with Windows on.

If you've got the space you'd be better off moving it back.

That is maybe true of the first generation SSDs, but the ones out there today will probably outlive the rest of your system. Think about it, Samsung has a 10 year warranty on their 850 Pros.

You probably bought an SSD to make your system faster.
The page file is an extension of your memory. Some programs need the page file, so when you outsource it to a slower spinner, all you're doing is slowing down and bottlenecking your system.

Writes are not a problem on SSDs anymore.
