I tested, changing the key to that in XML. Didn't work. Tested half a dozen various decrypters. it is of course fully possible that I did something wrong, others might manage it.

@Kari, the cryptokey is the same as 14xxxx build but the format has changed - try this one: Downloads / Software / ESD Decrypter for Windows 10 build 15063 and below

@Superfly, that's one of the decrypters I tried:
ESD to ISO - Create Bootable ISO from Windows 10 ESD File-image.png

SHA1 is OK, file is not blocked, path for sure correct.

Hmmm... that's falling into the catch all error handler .. perhaps print %ERRORLEVEL% before that IF statement to see the exact error code that's breaking it.

BTW: Just tested again with the en-gb x64 .esd and all went smooth as a baby's bum.

Yes, noticed that a week ago when Fast Ring upgrade path from 14393 to 15063 went live. See this post: ESD to ISO - Create Bootable ISO from Windows 10 ESD File - Page 82 - Windows 10 Installation Upgrade Tutorials

    Extract from that post:

    Note   Note
Notice that as build 14393 does not have the UUP mechanism in place, the upgrade will be delivered as an ESD upgrade. ESDtoISO script in this tutorial works without issues in creating a Windows 10 Creators Update ISO image.
