If you created the ISO using the tool in this ESD to ISO tutorial, following instructions, the ISO works. If you created an install media (DVD or flash drive) using that ISO file as instructed, it boots both in BIOS and UEFI mode (creating install media: USB Flash Drive - Create to Install Windows 10 - Windows 10 Forums).

If you installed Windows 10 using your ISO or install media created from it following the instructions, Windows will boot both in BISO and UEFI mode.

If your install media fails to install and reports errors, you have either not followed all instructions or you have a faulty ESD file to start with.

    PLEASE NOTICE:

The tool and the method in this tutorial work without issues with the latest Insider Build 14295 ESD file, released today.

The tool (cryptokeys needed to decrypt the ESD file) was last updated on January 28, 2016; if you have downloaded the tool after that update you don't have to redownload it. If your tool was downloaded earlier, please remove it (delete the folder) and redownload before using it. The older version of the tool might create faulty ISO image or not work at all with Build 14295 ESD file.

Download link in the first post (step 1.3).
