That's a third party file sharing site. I have no issues in creating ISO images from the official ESD file for Pro and Enterprise Build 10166, both 32 and 64 bit, various language versions.
Probably already mentioned, but I have found that Install.esd resides in "C:\$Windows.~BT\Sources\" even when I've successfully installed the update (tried with 10162 and 10166)
I've done the test on my Windows 10 laptop and it's OK... Maybe your software doesn't like when it's running under Windows Server 2012 R2...

Hey, build 10240 is out and the old RSA keys don't work any more. abbodi1406 has updated his ESD Decrypter to include the new keys, can you update the OP too?
I was able to successfully create a build 10240 ISO using the tutorial. The key below will work for Pro only. :)
