To remove ESDtoISO folder and all its contents, open an elevated Command Prompt (tutorial) and enter following command:
rd /s /q C:\Users\Username\Downloads\ESDtoISO

Replace C:\Users\Username\Downloads with actual path to your ESDtoISO folder.

I am. I tried using the ESD2ISO from the link on page 1 and it resulted in the same results as ESD Decrypter 4 and 6 when using the new multi-edition ESD for build 1709. It only picks up the Education version.

The multi-release detects the multiple indexes in the ESD file.

Didn't want to open a new thread for this. I have a peculiar issue where I can create an ISO using your tool but it always turns out be the Pro edition when I have Home installed. It's the same with the three versions of the tool (ESDtoISO, esd-decrypter-wimlib-4 & 6) that I've tried so far. I don't see an option to change the index to 'Home' anywhere in the UI. The ESD fIle downloaded via Windows updates is named "15063.0.170710-1358.rs2_release_svc_refresh_CLIENTCombinedSL_RET_x64fre_en-us".

I also tried the UUPtoISO but it doesn't even recognize the ESD (install.esd). The issue with the Pro ISO is I can't do a clean install when needed because it asks for the Product Id without an option to skip past that. It was the same even with the 1607 version and I had to re-download using the Media Creation Tool then. I have the 1703 version installed btw.

Any advice is appreciated.

That's exactly what I'm trying to avoid doing because I'm on a limited internet quota. It's baffling why Windows Update downloads the wrong version every time or maybe it's a case of ESD tool not being able to detect the right version from the Install.esd file. As in my earlier post it says combined in the file name which probably indicates it does contain the CORE version.

There's no way I can afford to expend another 5 GB on a re-download any time soon. More over MCT doesn't support download resume like Windows Update. Never had this issue with 1511 and earlier builds.

I would like to know if there'a a way to get the ESD tool to recognize the CORE build from the existing ESD.

Actually, the ESD does have every edition listed as you can see below.
