PLEASE NOTICE:
The tool and the method in this tutorial work without issues with the latest Insider Build 14279 ESD file, released today.
The tool (cryptokeys needed to decrypt the ESD file) was last updated on January 28, 2016; if you have downloaded the tool after that update you don't have to redownload it. If your tool was downloaded earlier, please remove it (delete the folder) and redownload before using it. The older version of the tool might create faulty ISO image or not work at all with Build 14271 ESD file.
Download link in the first post (step 1.3).
Every time I try to open the tool you shared all I end up seeing is a split second flash on the screen. I end up using the TH2 download's iso there and then enable the Get insider builds to update the VMs. Didn't know if you have ever run into that happening at all. It did finally stay open however after the TH2 on the main build's host drive was replaced by the 14271 Insider that will soon be replaced again later for the 14279 Insider Preview now on the second build and one VM.
Update on that! No install.esd found this time around but got install.wim transferred over from second pc.
Now to see if I will be able to convert that since this is the first the tool didn't flash and stayed open long enough for anything! I think the TH2 ended up being the problem since that grew buggy in only two months!

This time around I ended up with the "wim" file instead of the usual esd for some unknown reason. Typically you would see an esd file converted to wim if not an iso file. I still have the 14271 install.esd file to work with however.
I think initially the 10565 and 10576 builds saw iso downloads to get people started off with the Insider builds while not wanting it available where just anyone could download each new build that comes along. I will likely end up waiting for the TH3 update and see a clean install with that if not able to get a build going other then by way of the updates before then.
Hi. I have just downloaded update on my Asus tablet from Windows 8.1 to Windows 10 via Windows Update. So, I found install.esd file and I did ISO image. So I have one question - could I install windows 10 by this ISO image on every PC (example my Toshiba laptop I would like to do clear reinstall with disc format) or only on this one tablet (Asus) which install.esd file come? I wouldn't like to screw up.
Only issue I had was if I dropped the install.esd onto the script, it fails with "sources not found". Typing in after running script works fine.
