Yeah, I didn't need to go hunting new cryptokeys :)

The tool in this tutorial works without issues with today's new Insider Build 14251. The same cryptokeys which worked with the last build upgrade (11102) work with this build, I have not updated the tool.

If you have downloaded the tool before the last two builds, delete the folder on your PC and re-download it from the first page. If you have downloaded the tool after build 11102 was released you don't have to re-download, it works with 14251 as it is.
    Thanks Kari!

I get the same results also using this ESD Decrypter: gus33000/ESD-Decrypter: ESD Toolkit - Previ... - GitHub

ISO image will be created but a clean install using it fails because of "corrupted installation file". I am unable to find binaries that would work, will keep searching.

Geeks anyone willing to test a clean install using 14251 ISO? Just create a new vm and clean install on it, see if the install fails? I would want to get confirmation for this error.

Please do Edwin if you have time and patience. I'm getting paranoid here, searching the Interwebs for binaries and cryptokeys, testing the decrypt scripts from various sources. Always the same result: ISO will be created without issues, machine can be booted using it, installation starts and goes all the way almost to the end, then fails.

My update is at 95%, as soon as I'm back on the machine, I'll go destroy it for ya!
