It's working in build 14393.577 for me. You might see if downloading and installing the KB3213522 update below to get this build may help.

Notta... still not working. I believe it may be a tweak that I have enabled. I went through my tweaker tool and disabled them one by one, but it still didn't work. One of my other PCs is having this issue too, but my 3rd works properly. The two that do not work both have AeroGlass running, but the one that works does not have AeroGlass... so I am wondering if that causes issues with it. I will post back when I resolve this issue. Thank you for your assistance.
Sure enough... it was the new DWMGlass.dll from AeroGlass that has to be manually registered to give Modern Apps the glass frame that was causing this issue. I am unsure as to why, but I will post there to ask about it. Thanks!
I stand corrected. I just wanted to post back, for anyone else that may encounter the same issue. In CCleaner's Context Menu Editing options, there was a 'cmd' listed on my machine. After this issue came back (upon updates), I spent a few hours and stumbled upon this option. I had it set to 'Disabled'. Immediately after I set it to 'Enabled', the options reappeared in Windows Explorer (File > Open Command Prompt Here (and PowerShell)). Sorry for the incorrect information previously.
Hi Shawn I just noticed this Tutorial today, I know another way to open PowerShell from the file explorer window.
In the address bar of file explorer instead of typing the path to Powershell just type powershell and that will open powershell in whatever folder you have open in file explorer.
Option 6 was greyed out in the admin account on my new lap top - works fine in other accounts. I had to uninstall / reinstall PowerShell in Windows Features to fix.
