    @Injust:

    Me too. I fixed. How?

    Code:
    POWERCFG /HIBERNATE /SIZE 0
    POWERCFG /HIBERNATE /TYPE REDUCED
    Keep in mind that the Reduced type only for fast startup. The source: MSDN Libraray.

    Personally, I haven't already been using the hibernate. I still use the sleep function. it's enough to me.

    Hello ameeralhindi, :)

    It depends on if you want to use Fast Startup or not as well.

    If not, then you could just disable hibernate.

    If yes, then you could set hibernate to reduced.

    Note   Note
    If the hibernation file is set to a custom size greater than 40%, then the command will return a The parameter is incorrect error. You must first set the size of the file to zero with the command below, then retry changing the hibernation file type to reduced.
    powercfg /h /size 0

    I was struggling with setting a reduced hiberfil.sys for a long time, as always TenForums came to the rescue

    Since "/full" only sets the hiberfil file to 40% of the size of your RAM, what happens if you are using more than 40% when going into hibernation?

    Hello Bob,

    The size of the hidden protected OS "C:\hiberfil.sys" file is 75% of the total amount of RAM installed on your computer by default with hibernate enabled.
