    Hello @Cr00zng,

I just tested this .reg files in build 18282 to see if anything changed, and they're still working for me. I don't even have to sign out/on to apply anymore either.
You are correct... It's not like there was any question about that , I just needed to figure out where I went wrong?

The mistake I've made is to run "regedit" as an admin to change the "HKEY_CURRENT_USER" hives settings, while logged in as a standard users. Doing so changed the web search settings for the admin, but not for the currently logged in UID. No harm done, just need to pay more attention to the tutorial next time...

On the other hand, changing the "
HKEY_USERS" hive with appropriate SID works just as well. The mistake opened up an other venue to control the web search...

Ah, ok. I bet that was confusing at first wondering why it applied it to your admin account.

Honestly, it wasn't really confusing since I very seldom logon to my admin account. Your correction made me think and after awhile, it has become a "duh moment"...

    This didn't work for me.
I disabled it since the first version on windows 10. Now I wanted to enabled it , the toggle is gone and the registry file is not doing anything

    Hello Andresro,

Which toggle are you referring to?

It would be turned on by default, so it does appear to be an unsupported location issue.

If I use the reg file, the entries are not added, added them manually, still nothing. Odd how this setting would be region locked. So many options are not available worldwide.
