I found SetACL.exe to do it.
2 Ways to Take Ownership (Full Permission) of a Registry Key in Windows 10
But i wanted to know if there is a way to do it without 3rd party application.
Thanks

Thank you @Matthew Wai, I keep this in my mind too.
If you use 3rd party tool, you can try also SetACL.exe
The other way could be erasing these entries from install.wim mounted image. So we will not have them after clean install.
@Brink,
Add_or_remove_the_context_menu_item_[Display settings].zip
The above ZIP file contains a batch script and an app named NSudo.
The script allows users to add or remove the context menu item "Display settings".
NSudo is a small tool that enables the script to run as TrustedInstaller, sparing the trouble of changing the owner and permissions of the Registry keys. Do you think it can be added into this tutorial?
@Feuer, try the attached batch script. It works fine.

Thank you @Matthew Wai, but I'm not sure we could legally distribute the NSudo app by having it included in the download like that.
The "LICENSE.txt" file states that any person can distribute it. I can include the file attached below in the ZIP file if you want.
LICENSE.txt
Great. I'll get it added as an option in a bit.
EDIT: Now added as option 1. Thank you @Matthew Wai.
