Not without a 3rd party option so far unless of course done manually.

If you use 3rd party tool, you can try also SetACL.exe

The other way could be erasing these entries from install.wim mounted image. So we will not have them after clean install.

The above ZIP file contains a batch script and an app named NSudo.
The script allows users to add or remove the context menu item "Display settings".
NSudo is a small tool that enables the script to run as TrustedInstaller, sparing the trouble of changing the owner and permissions of the Registry keys. Do you think it can be added into this tutorial?

You can also use @Matthew Wai's script for removing Personalize context menu.
