Will this work on Windows 10 version 1809 Enterprise LTSC?

It's normal to possibly get "access is denied" for item if in use, and nothing to worry about.

If resetting Windows Update doesn't help, you could try again while in Safe Mode.

Hello. I Have problems with windows update, it is not running properly, and I receive no update. The windows troubleshooter does not identify a problem. I successfully installed Windows 10 Pro 21H1 today, but that did not help. I tried to run your batch file, but it stopped after a few seconds. One line I noticed was that it could not find the files qmgr*.dat.

But I tried a second run, and it worked! Now Windows update apparently works again!

    Thank you so much, Brink!

Hello, and welcome to Ten Forums.

You could try doing a repair install of Windows 10 to fix it without losing anything.
