The computer has Windows 1909 (19H2).
Microsoft full support ended: May 11, 2021
What troubleshooting steps were performed for the failed upgrades to 20H1 and other versions?
How come you're troubleshooting now?
If you're able to reinstall drivers and applications the quickest method is likely a Windows refresh:
Refresh Windows 10
Code:Windows 10 Pro Version (OS Build 18363.1198)
Windows upgrade failure troubleshooting can take very long periods and may not find or fix the underlying problem(s).

Thanks for the explanation.
maybe microsoft support ends when my laptop warranty ends after 3 years,
i don't know because i only use windows OS and have cloned from HDD to SSD in september 2020,
I also never installed third party anti-virus/firewall/encryption
So, I have to reinstall windows?
Options for failed Windows upgrades include:
a) troubleshoot (this can take substantial time and may not fix the underlying problem(s))
b) perform an in place upgrade repair (this saves files, drivers, and applications)
Repair Install Windows 10 with an In-place Upgrade
c) perform a reset save files (requires the reinstallation of drivers and applications)
Reset Windows 10
d) perform a Windows refresh (requires the reinstallation of drivers and applications)
Refresh Windows 10
e) perform a clean install (requires saving important files, and the reinstallation of drivers and applications)
Clean Install Windows 10
You can start with an in place upgrade repair and if that fails perform a Windows refresh.
No. If you always update to the current version then MS support continues. It is not related to your computer maker's warranty.
As for your main problem, the least disruptive solution of all is
SFC - TenForumsTutorials
but I imagine you've already tried that so I agree with the others that you use the Repair install [aka In-place upgrade] procedure which will update you to the latest version and will fix your Windows update fault.
Whilst backups should always precede any major task, Repair installs should never affect your installed applications or your own files.
1 First, download the latest ISO - use one of the sources identified in Download Windows 10 ISO File -TenForumsTutorials I always use Option 5, the TechBench one.
2 Run the Repair install procedure directly from the downloaded ISO file Repair Install - TenForumsTutorials Note that you boot into Windows normally before running this; do not make the mistake of thinking that you need to boot into anything else at all.
