So I'm on the ISO installation now and it's downloading and searching for updates. And now it's checking if it can be installed, yes (check!) All clear. And ok now it's Installing W10. I'm holding my breath!

The worst case scenario is that it won't fix your problem. But I'm betting it will fix things.

The ISO you created with the Media Creation tool... probably included KB5008212.
That was the Dec 14th update.

When you do an In-Place upgrade it erases all your update history. The history will start again as you do future updates.

    Btw... good job.

Your image shows "You must restart the computer in order to complete the reset".
    What happened after the restart?

The above image displayed the year 2020.

What troubleshooting steps were performed during the prior years?

Had you considered performing an in place upgrade repair?

That image had a different error code.

Indicate whether the computer is or is not on a domain and whether you've got full administrative privileges.

Open administrative command prompt and type or copy and paste:

    msdt.exe -id WindowsUpdateDiagnostic

Click view detailed information > post images or share links of the full results using one drive, drop box, or google drive

    Run:
Tuneup_plus_log.bat Click here to go to the BSOD batch repository to download and run this batch file.
