Of course it is the Anniversary Update (not Creators) and a
    Hungarian version...

From what I see, you should be good to go for the Creator's Update now. Hopefully, getting a clean 14393.969 has fixed your problems. If you haven't already, backup the system, complete system image. Macrium Reflect is the one you'll see recommended here on TF most often. Free version would do all you need right now. @Brink, thanks for this batch file and tutorial. I was reloading 16215 on my computers, one of which wouldn't download 215 again. I ran your batch file and everything is downloading again. Thanks for another save!

After using this tool in Windows 10 1703 Creators 64-bit Pro, I still have this message in Windows Update window: "*Some settings are hidden or managed by your organization". Any idea how to get rid of it, and unhide relevant update options? I tried running Win Update Troubleshooter and Technet tools, reset relevant GPEdit settings to defaults, but no joy. Concern is, some app restricted these settings to prevent certain Win updates. I've Eset Security Suite running, but it was running for awhile, and never resulted in such warning. The message appears only in Update window and Feedback & Diagnostics, but not in any other settings, despite some changes I made there.

    Hello zamar, :)

Unfortunately, resetting Windows Update will have no affect on any set policies.

Is there a specific Windows Update setting that has been disabled (grayed out)?

    Hi Brink,

In "Feedback & Diagnostics", I see selection "Basic & Full" greyed out. In Update, "Schedule a time" in Restart Options, "Choose the Branch", and all options in "How Updates are Delivered" are greyed out. In GPEdit and Registry I don't see changes for Update branch, but may be I miss any?

I wonder if MS simply forces Full telemetry by that for the new built?

What build of Windows 10 do you currently have installed? There was one build (can't remember right now) that this message always showed in as a bug.

It's normal for "Basic & Full" to be greyed out if you have a Windows 10 Insider build installed.

It's normal for "Schedule a time" in Restart Options to remain grayed out until you have an update waiting to restart to finish.

Options in "How Updates are Delivered" will be grayed out unless you have "Allow downloads from other PCs" turned on.

I've the latest generic Win 10 Pro 64-bit Creators build v1703 15063.413 . Thanks for the tips, but something else is wrong here. Too many reports on the web about this particular issue with this build. I reset to Full telemetry, and back - no joy.
