There appears to be a bug in 1903 such that if you set a non-zero number of days to defer feature and/or quality updates, then that option will disappear from Settings - not immediately, but at the next check for updates (still not fixed as of 18362.175). If you had either/both set before the upgrade to 1903 they would already be invisible. I tested that here and show how to bring them back here:

For example, if you enter 11 with "Hexadecimal" selected, because you want it set to 11 days, the actual value will end up being 17 days (because 11 in hex converts to 17 in decimal). @Brink, it seems that for Pro the 'Choose when updates are installed' section in Advanced options is missing in 2004, build 19041.264.
This was first reported by @NMI here and I have confirmed that it's missing in my clean install of 2004 Pro.
I do wonder if v2004 is just mistakenly being thought of as Insider build, or if this feature has been completely removed starting with this build.
The registry keys and values from option 2 are no longer there by default either.
I haven't seen anything about it in the release notes, but I will make a note in the tutorial for now.
