The first option is Windows Media Creation Tool..right? But as i mentioned earlier i have alredy downloaded 64 bit copy from MS server. This Media Creation tool makes me download ISO again... (
That's ok,. You can use the ISO with option 2 or 3 to create a USB for both UEFI and Legacy BIOS.

The exception is with 32-bit vs 64-bit Windows 10 instead. The USB can only be created for one and not both.
Has the option to create a dual 32/64 bit USB flash drive been removed from the Media Creation Tool?

That rufus option (option 2) has 2 different steps for 2 different systems (legacy and uefi) so it wont create a common bootable, right ? Or i have to follow some other steps in rufus so that it will create bootable for both the systems in single usb stick ?

I just found this tutorial: How to use Rufus to install Windows 10 with UEFI support

    Dual UEFI + Legacy BIOS:

    ● Press “Alt + E
    ● Partition scheme: MBR
    ● Target system: BIOS or UEFI

Disclaimer: I have made my USB stick bootable in both UEFI and BIOS without using Rufus.

It looks to be the same as step 7 in Option Two, but the "Target system" settings is a bit different in the latest 3.8.1580 version of Rufus.

It shows as BIOS (or UEFI-CSM) for legacy BIOS instead of BIOS or UEFI now.

Ok. This Bios/Legacy System or UEFI bootable medium is only applicable to the USB bootable drive?
If the DVD is burnt from ISO, it is always ready for both the systems by default? (Same DVD for legacy and UEFI system..common)

BIOS (or UEFI-CSM) and BIOS or UEFI are two different options in the same version: Rufus 3.6.1551.

Interesting. I wonder why it was removed in the latest version.

What does "it" refer to? The latest version is 3.8.1580 rather than 3.6.1551, the one shown in my screenshots.

Rufus does not apply to a DVD, although I do have a DVD bootable in both UEFi and BIOS.
