updated to reflect any particulars to Windows 10. I have seen short versions of the procedure here in TenForums by some of the Gurus, and I really like the manual method, even though it takes more steps, as it does not depend on any other (non-Windows) software to use to 'create' the bootable USB drive. I would really like to see your polished version enshrined in a tutorial for us OCD types to link to... Again, many thanks!

I did that before I discovered Rufus and it was a pain in the tookus! My vote is for Rufus . . . especially the newer version 3.4. What could be easier? And it's free!

clean <-this will erase the drive selected above. Maker sure it is the USB flash drive!
convert mbr
create partition primary
format fs=fat32 quick
active
assign
exit
exit

Now just copy the files and folders from the mounted Windows 10 installation ISO file to the USB flash drive.
