It really is quite easy now to create a usb drive that will boot in uefi with install.wim > 4GB.
This assumes you have a custom iso with customised install.wim
1) Create two partitions from disk management
a) fat32 size c. 1GB
b) ntfs - rest of drive
2) copy all files from iso to ntfs partition
3) copy all files EXCEPT install.wim to fat32 partition.
That's it.
